Pursuant to section 72 of the HRE Act, in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the HRE Regulations 2024 (HRE Regulations), interested persons and organisations are now invited to comment on the Preliminary Documentation for the proposed development. The period for public comment will end on Friday 24th July 2026.
 
All public comments must be submitted by 5:00 pm, Friday 24th July.
