In accordance with Section 95B(2) of the EPBC Act, notice is given that the final Preliminary Documentation for the Goyder North Renewable Energy Facility Stage 1 Project is available for public information.
This final version of the Preliminary Documentation has been revised following consideration of public submissions received during the recent public comment period. A summary of public comments and Neoen’s responses to those comments is included as part of the published material. The documents will be made available to view from Friday 9 January for a period of 10 business days.
