Invitation for public comments – Goyder North Renewable Energy Facility Stage 1, Burra, SA.

In accordance with Section 95A(3) of the EPBC Act, interested persons and organisations are now invited to comment on the Preliminary Documentation for the proposed development. The period for public comment will commence from Wednesday 22nd October 2025 for a period of 20 business
days, until Wednesday 19th November 2025.

All public comments must be submitted by COB on Wednesday 19th November.
