GOYDER SOUTH HYBRID RENEWABLE ENERGY FACILITY – WIND FARM 1A (EPBC 2021/8958)
Goyder South Hybrid Renewable Energy Facility – Wind Farm 1A, has now received approval under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). The decision was made on the 5th July 2022 and formally issued on 6th July 2022. The approval is subject to several Conditions that ensure that those matters protected by the EPBC legislation are protected to the extent possible and where impacts do occur, these are managed and minimised. The Conditions include additional actions to compensate for the impacts that can not be avoided.
